If the weather is bad in Florida and the shuttle lands in California I'll be there watching.

Concerning women: what are some of Ray's best short stories that feature a good woman's part? I'm thinking something like There Was an Old Woman, The Whole Town's Sleeping, the grandmother chapter from Dandelion Wine, A Scent of Sarsaparilla, etc.

In a week or so, I'm taking my friend Arlene Martel over to read something to Ray and she wanted opinions.

Thanks!
