Yes, I remember seeing Muhammad Ali fight on network television in prime time, it was a huge event. No longer.

The circumstances regarding the passing of the beautiful and talented Yvette Vickers is far more heartbreaking than "macabre".

It is heartbreaking, sad, macabre, and Bradburyesque.

Dandy! Amazing...

Now truly is All Quiet on the Western Front!
May hallowed grounds be blanketed by brilliant hues of spring flowers.
May blues skies be gently touched by soft clouds, here and there.
May Peace rest upon each of their spirits!

The lovely and talented Dana Wynter has passed away at age 79. She is probably best remembered for her role in Don Siegel's classic 1956 science fiction film, INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS, but I personally will best remember her for her performance as James Cagney's co-star in the 1959 film SHAKE HANDS WITH THE DEVIL, a grim story about the conflict between the Irish Republican Army and the British, and one of my all-time favorite films. A link to details about Miss Wynter's career and passing can be found below.
