I know by reading reviews online that Mr. Bradbury had made a stage play version of the SWTWC book, but I do not know where I can get a copy and possibly discuss rights of use for my theatre troupe here in Washington DC. Does anyone here have any answers for me? (I hope )

Thanks in advance...

Chad

I'm pretty sure the script hasn't been published (most of Ray's plays are available from Dramatic Publishing: http://www.dramaticpublishing.com/TitlesByAuthorCat.cfm?titlelink=9094&author=Bradbury,%20Ray - but they don't have this one listed.

You should probably contact Ray's agents:

Don Congdon Associates, Inc.
156 Fifth Avenue, Suite 625
New York, NY 10010-7002
Tel (212) 645-1229
Fax (212) 727-2688.
E-mail doncongdon@aol.com

(We have had reports on this board that the email either doesn't work or is never replied to, so phoning or writing may be more effective.)

Do you mean that big one above, with the ferris wheel? It captures the novel perfectly!

That's the one to which I was referring. I also rather like the skull in the clouds.

Well, of course. And the lightning is pretty neat, and the carousel blurring away there.

Oh, it's a marvellous picture, and just in time for October, a rare month for boys (and girls)!

More marvellous pictures (and a video clip of the Dust Witch rehearsing her moves!) can be found here:

Dust Witch rehearsing her moves...that's a great sentence.

I saw something not unlike a Dust Witch last night during a viewing of Usher II. She moved out of the darkness to seize the baddie by the throat - frightening scene.

Good to see so much enthusiasm for the stage production of Something Wicked This Way Comes.

You can get a flavour of the show from our theatrical trailer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvOTKuOd_RI

Or keep checking the production page of the National Theatre of Scotland website for the latest reviews and interviews.
