After I posted this, I went through some of the other threads on here and saw a couple other tattoos! That's pretty awesome of everyone. I wish they could all be collected in one place like they did with a website for Elliott Smith Tattoos(http://home.iprimus.com.au/sk79/toelliott/main.html).

I really appreciate that! Well, I'm driving across the country this summer. Who knows. Maybe I'll run into him somewhere along the way

Hello! I have a tattoo that says "Montag", an obvious tribute to the protagonist of Fahrenheit 451. I had planned to get the fireman from the cover on the left side of my mid-back whenever money permitted. I'm glad to see that yours turned out so well, and I'm glad that others are getting literary tattoos inspired by Ray Bradbury. I applaud your tattoo (and you for getting it!)

You are the best. Ok. This has given me an idea. I'm going to start a website with literary themed ideas. And believe me, I will. I am the type that will do that. Annnnd in about two weeks, I'm getting my next Ray tattoo! Cover of The Halloween Tree. My mom used to read it to the kids in my family(4 of us) around Halloween Time. It's the first book I can remember. Is your tattoo posted anywhere?

Here is my humble idea for a tattoo commemorating the book 'Fahrenheit 451.' A small pile of books on fire, with the international 'no' symbol superimposed over the books. Then, along the outside of the circle on the 'no' symbol, the numbers '451.'
'Don't give up reaching for the stars ... just build yourself a bigger ladder'
