Hi Josh, Dial Double Zero was finally published in 2009 in BULLET TRICK, a limited edition collection of Ray's teleplays and a few prose stories related to the teleplays. Dial Double Zero was one of the prose stories, and it's excellent even though Ray apparently never felt he had polished it enough to submit it for publication. Gauntlet Press was the publisher and there may still be copies available at the publisher's website but they are relatively expensive.

Oh ok, looks like they range from $35 - $300 depending on the version and signed/unsigned. A little spendy, but $35 isn't terrible.
