A couple years ago, a friend of mine was telling me she read a Bradbury story about a several astronauts that's spacecraft was damaged and they were all floating away fighting. The ending was that one of them reflected on his life and thinks he never has done anything of worth, before he dies when he burns up by re-entering earth's surface. The story then cuts to a child and father talking about their dying mother and wondering if everything is going to be allright. They then see a shooting star (the astronauts body burning on re-entry) and think everything is going to be ok. Any help would be appreciated. | |||
