I've been checking this site off and on for the past 5 hours and nobody's been here. It's now 2 o A.M. my time and the place is still deserted.

Reminds me of the episode of DUCKMAN when the town has a nuclear preparedness drill. Everyone in town takes to their subterranean shelters, except for DUCKMAN. Somehow they'd failed to mention it to him. So, he sees the entire city deserted and thinks somehow, someway he's the only person left on the planet. He makes the best of a bad situation and proceeds to level the city with bulldozers and wrecking balls. When the drill is over and everyone comes out from hiding, they see their city in ruins and think a nuclear catastrophe really has occured.

So, let me see what kind of mischief I can cause while I have the chance to run amuck in this place.

"Where is Everybody" was the title of the first episode of "The Twilight Zone"--the one with which Ray's objections to that series started. Similar themes were explored in "Stopover in a Quiet Town" and "Elegy" and to some extent in "A Kind of Stopwatch," though in that one the main guy at least knew the cause of everyone being "frozen."

I saw that episode of Duckman. He tried hooking up with the def girl that didn't hear anything as well.

He was probably watching porn, or drunk and passed out, or a combination of both.

Not a bad way to spend time.

Damnit it's 4:30 AM, I can't fall a sleep. I know what that guy in "Death is a Lonely Business" feels like.

And I was even drunk for tha last half of today. What gives?
