Interesting, using Ray's autograph. Cafe Press allows anyone to upload a design for printing onto TV shirts, mugs, etc, which other folks can then buy. This one, as far as I can tell, at least gets around any copyright issues. (If it used cover art from one of Ray's books, that would be a problem.)
