GREEN SHADOWS, WHITE WHALE turned out to be a total bust as far as I'm concerned. This edition is simply a rebound copy of the Knopf hardcover with a signature sheet added. I know that this is not entirely uncommon with "limiteds", especially from the 80's. I've never thought much of this practice. Back it goes for a refund. The seller agreed, but still tried to sell me on keeping it. Don't blame them at all, but no thanks.
