So I call Alex Garber at Harper-Collins in New York. He said, well email me and I'll see what I can do. That was Monday (Oct 2nd).

Nothing seems to be done, not even a return email!

The other guy, a Kevin Fitzpatrick at Harper-Collins as well is on vacation until October 10th. They don't think this **%*# is anything to worry about I guess.
