Linnl, many thanks for this find and share. We are just now concluding F451 (Part I). What an excellent lesson to add to the unit...view this conversation with Mr. B!

RE: Marvelous, inspiring, and greatly enjoyed by my class!! Wonderfully captured and presented.

A free downloadable copy of RAY BRADBURY'S FAHRENHEIT 451: TEACHER'S GUIDE (2006) is now available at the Internet Archive: http://archive.org/details/raybradburysfahr00burn

Here also is the NEA BIG READ page for Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury: http://neabigread.org/books/fahrenheit451/

I have been requested to offer an Originals of SF course for the spring programs at our nearby university. I will include a complete read of Fahrenheit 451 as a key part of the studies. It should be enjoyable to discuss this with an "all adult classroom!"

I'll utilize your download site, Linnl! Thanks again!!

(I actually received a signed "NEA F451 Big Read" package (CD & related materials) from Mr. B several years back. That, too, will be an honored piece of the presentations!)

This conversation with Ray Bradbury...part of the NEA Big Read during which FAHRENHEIT 451 was the selected book...was (as can be seen above) posted by Linnl over 14 years ago. However, I thought I would re-post it, thereby bumping the thread up, for any latecomers who may not have seen it before. (And I love Ray's opening line: "I want a close-up of the cat now!")
