G-Forces: Oh, so sorry I missed this. Went by the Printer's Row BookFair several times during the weekend, but never catching a parking space, didn't stop by. Was busy with other things on the near north. If I knew Weller was there, would probably have parked somewheres, no matter what...Gee, could of even taken the subway there... ( Think about some of the things going on for the general public downtown Chicago: Every Ferrari imaginable, on Oak Street. They even rolled out a giant red carpet for all the public. Someone brought an Enzo as well, the ultimate Ferrari. Then there was Grant Park Gospel Festival, attracting thousands. Then the new Maxwell Street crowd of buyers and lookers, thousands and thousands. Then the Book Sellers at the Lakefront, that attracted President Clinton to kick off his new book. The Arts and Crafts, also attracting thousands. Gee, and that's just some of the stuff near downtown... ) [This message has been edited by Nard Kordell (edited 06-07-2004).] | ||||
