The epic theme part ride Spaceship Earth opened on October 1, 1982 at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. The narration was written by Ray Bradbury and has been done over the years by at least four people, the first being Vic Perrin.

Spaceship Earth is listed as a Short Subject in Internet Movie Database. It is unclear whether this refers to the ride itself or a professional film which may have been made of the ride. I was able only to find an amateur film on YouTube, which a dedicated fan edited from his own video supplemented by videos shot by several others. It is useful as it does show the first incarnation of the ride. It gave a general idea of the attraction, but the sound was so murky much of the narration was lost. It would have benefited greatly from captions.

Overall the ride looks wonderful and I would love to see it.
