Spoke with Ray last evening. He sounded good. Visiting me was a literary reviewer for the Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel who had written a very nice review of "The Cat's Pajamas." He was able to talk with Ray and I think that it made his week. Ray is so gracious with people and my new friend Bill was overwhelmed by Ray's attentiveness and kind remarks.

He said that I should call when I hit California and see when might be best to stop by and visit. What more can I ask?
