My visit to California was great in that I was to see my son and his family. The down side is that I wasn't able to visit with Ray. He said to stop by on Saturday afternoon but there was a conflict with my grand child and it wasn't going to work out.

So I called and asked if there might be a moment on Sunday to stop by, but he said that he visitors coming from Chicago and New York, but to call him next time I am in town, which I will certainly do.

He sounded very strong on the phone so we can only pray for his continued recovery and good health.
