Here's a link to an excellent Sunday, Aug. 7, piece on Ray's work from THE BOSTON GLOBE, by author Alice Hoffman (PRACTICAL MAGIC, THE RED GARDEN): http://articles.boston.com/201...ooks-science-fiction Terry Pace pillaroffire@bellsouth.net "God, here and there, makes madness a calling." -- Ray Bradbury

Enjoyed this. Posted to my facebook. A little Bradbury evangelizing through the social media never hurt anyone!

Here is the interview from The Paris Review, with Sam Weller, that some new visitors may not have seen before. Quite a range of RB ideas: http://www.theparisreview.org/...-no-203-ray-bradbury *Nice comments for Mr. Corwin about a third of the wat into the article. (Has anyone heard news from/of Mr. Weller in recent months?)

Hi friends, Been busy with a number of projects, most notably finishing up the manuscript for LIVE FOREVER! My wife is also due soon with child number three. LIVE FOREVER was just listed on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Live-For...id=1319589043&sr=8-1 The book is, in my opinion, a really captivating read. Neil Gaiman's story, "The Man Who Forgot Ray Bradbury" is the perfect book opener. There are many, many great stories, reflecting the really diverse themes and genre-hopping nature of the great Bradbury canon. There are weird tales, stories set on remote planets, stories set on quiet Midwestern streets, and just about everything else. There will be a signed limited. We now have a publisher, still waiting to hammer out the fine details. Our hope is to have signatures from all of the contribs. At this point, this is looking quite possible. Fingers crossed. My collaborator Mort Castle has worked his tail off on making arrangements for this. I tend to update my twitter page fairly frequently with news. Hope you will follow: @Sam__Weller

Congratulations, Sam, on all your past, present, and forthcoming productions. As for the book, I WANT IT!

Looking forward to LIVE FOREVER! Here is a 2005 gathering with Ray Bradbury and Sam Weller at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. It lasts about 47 minutes. http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/Bradbu

Thanks, and that reminds me. People who have videotapes, audiotapes, still photographs, etc.--are you sharing them with the Center for Ray Bradbury studies and what is the proper procedure for doing so?
