Well as the title says i need help...

All i know about the book, is that there is a monster, who looks to a lighthouse as a celestial being, such as a god.

And that it was one of those books leading to F 451.

Anyone know the title???

Sounds (sort of) like the story "The Fog Horn", from THE GOLDEN APPLES OF THE SUN.

The story is also in DINOSAUR TALES (appropriately, since it's supposed to be about a sea monster or marine reptile, like a plesiosaur, who's attracted by the fog horn as if by a mating call). It was also the basis for the movie, THE BEAST FROM 20,000 FATHOMS, made by Ray Bradbury's friend Ray Harryhausen.
