Ray is very generous with his signature, and as such, will sign just about anything you ask him to.
Therefore, a signed reprint paperback isn't going to be worth much. I would suggest if you could sell it for $10 on eBay, you would be doing very well for yourself. I would typically price a book like that in the $5 range.
That being said, Fahrenheit 451 is enjoying a resurgence, so now may be the time to move, if you plan to.
