The excellent blog MAROONED has reproduced a 1973 interview with Ray, from a magazine called Vertex:

A brief (one page) interview from 2010 with Ray by Jonathan Eller appears in the current issue of Cemetery Dance magazine (issue number 65). The interview contains Ray's very blunt opinions about modern technology, including e-books and e-readers. It's title is "We Have Too Many Inventions!" Well worth reading.
