i need the name of a story:

there are children on a planet, and something big is about to happen (that only happens once in a long time) and one boy gets locked in a closet and misses the event.

It's on Venus, and it rains all the time! The sun comes out only once a year. The cruel classmates lock this little girl in a closet and she doesn't get to see it. I beleieve the story is called "All Summer in a Day."
