i have two messages: if any one has read the introduction to dandelion wine: do u know what his writing process is? do u know what byzantium is?

This is an excellent introduction, as are most of Mr. Bradbury's essays at the outset of his works (as are those for other authors for that matter). See a copy of the poem "Sailing to Byzantium" (1927) by W.B. Yeats. Then compare what RB is saying in comparison to his own Green Town in DW,....Waukegan, Illinois, in his childhood! They may take a few readings, but the messages will come through.

1- Byzantium is now called Istanbul and was that oh so well known empire but as stated before me, it's the poem from Yeats 2- I also read the intro 3-Isn't Bradbury's style to write when it hits him. From some of his forewards and afterwords, I get the ideal the it's that way. Metaphors and muses, I think
