"Frost and Fire", a new multi-media music theater production presented by Theatre Bethune, combines a variety of actors, dancers, and digital artists as it brings them together in a performance adaptation of novelist Ray Bradbury's short story, with special video guest artist, Michael York.

Bradbury's futuristic short story follows two main characters in a society in which the average lifespan is only eight days. Sim and Lyte try to discover the secret that might save them and their race from this unfortunate cycle. Their story is told through the words of Mr. Bradbury, the staging and choreography of director Zina Bethune, original score of Zeljko Marasovich and the video artistry of Michael Masucci. The production is an entryway to the "sublime" (L.A. Weekly).

The award-winning Theatre Bethune interfaces script driven stories with powerful elements of video/ special effects, dynamic dance and original scores. This multimedia experience is not to be missed!
