hi all i was just wondering if u could help me by telling me the similarities between the titles posted above "The Veld and The Long Rain"

They were written by the same guy.

...Not only that, but they're even in the same book!
"The Illustrated Man" contains both "The Veldt" (note correct spelling) and "The Long Rain".
