These requests are always more compelling if you can tell us what your tentative theme ideas are, whether or not you've actually read the book, what kinds of sources you've consulted, etc. This looks like you just want us to do your assignment. What is your status on this?

I have read the book, I just haven't quite grasped the theme. I'm still not sure what it has to do with, the reality and illusions of the devotion of the men to their work. Or if its something along the lines of how they were pulled from their fantasy films to the realizations of the corrupt Hollywood film studio...but what do I know..i was just seeing if anyone had others?
