Hello:

This is my first post. I've been a RB reader for almost 30 years. I have a quick question: I'm trying to date when I read my first Bradbury story. One Christmas in the early 1970s, my older sister gave me a boxed set of Bradbury paperbacks. The set was contained in a cardboard box, wrapped in celephane, like others that were sold as gift sets in the local (and then brand new) Walden Books. The set contained "S is For Space" and "R is For Rocket" and, I believe, "Melancholy" and possibly "Golden Apples of the Sun." My question is: Might anyone know when such a gift set of paperbacks was first sold?

Thank you!

Inabif

I don't recall seeing the set. I'm jealous.

This is just my guess but I would say in the fall of that years. I would also like to say that Something Wicked is turning out to be a better book than I thought.

I LOVED Something Wicked This Way Comes. The Disney movie is quite good, actually. It catches the spirit pretty well. The book, however, is really good.
