This seminar video is an outstanding presentation by Dr. Jonathan Eller, offered at Hillsdale University. The insights shared by Dr. Eller related to Mr. Bradbury's entire life - as a child growing up in Waukegan and as the world famous author we all know him to be - are true treasures! The personal exchanges our family has been so fortunate to share with Dr. and Mrs. Eller have always been so gracious and enjoyable. Our first was just after truck loads of RB books, artwork, letters, and office "stuff" had arrived from LA. Then a couple of years later during another trip to UIPUI, they put us to work handling books and materials as the Bradbury Center was just becoming the magnificent location it is today. What a vision Dr. & Mrs. Eller and their staff had! Also, what loyalty they put forth in completing such a challenging task! Richard, your sources are so vital to each visitor's appreciation of RB's personal determination and world-wide literally significance. This seminar is classic. It should be viewed & enjoyed by everyone who wishes to learn more about Mr. Bradbury's life and the influences it has had on modern literature and the readers of several generations. | ||||
