Is Something Wicked This Way Comes still copyrighted?

Is this legal??

"Something Wicked This Way Comes" is a quote from the play MacBeth by William Shakespeare. (In the theater it is referred to as "the Scottish play" as saying the title is considered bad luck.) Anything that old is well out of copyright. Also it is legal to trademark phrases but not copyright titles. The phrase was also used in a song somewhere in the middle of the Harry Potter movie series--the fourth or fifth film in it.
