I wonder, too, how many writers, successful today, were directly affected by reading Ray Bradbury when they were young?

Stephen King was a great admirer of Ray.

There is also fellow by the name of Calvin Miller, author of 30 books, who also wrote a trilogy titled, The Singreale Chronicles. Fahrenheit 451 was the first novel Calvin Miller read of Ray's. He calls reading Ray his great influence....
