I met you when I was in 6th Grade at a Count Dracula Society meeting at the Knickerbocker Hotel in Hollywood. My teacher, Richard Sheffield helped us put on a huge production of sections of The Martian Chronicles at our school in Simi Valley, Ca. This was in about 1967 or 68. You signed my copy of the book, which I still have today. Thank you for using your gift. Today I am an independent filmmaker, partly due to the experience as a child with your book.
