I purchased a copy of "The October Country" at a used book store near my home. Imagine my surprise when i opened it and discovered a signature on the title page! I am a born skeptic, however, and decided to do some research on Ebay and compare his signature to others. It wasn't identical, but shared very similar and some identical aspects. It also has the name "Nancy!" on the top, another feature of some signed books of his. Should i throw skeptcism to the wind? how else can i make sure??

If you scan a copy of the signature and email it to me, I can verify it for you. As I've mentioned elsewhere on this board, I have a large collection of signed Bradbury books (with some signatures dating back 40 years), and I have also been a rare book dealer (off and on) for the last 12 years.

You didn't mention if the book was hardcover or paperback, and what edition it was.

Let me know if I can help...
