My favorite book of Ray's is whichever one I am reading at the time! (I'm not kidding...)

If anyone is looking for a great holiday gift for young readers, one (or two) of my favorites was "R is for Rocket" (or "S is for Space").

These were awesome bite-size stories that can prod younger readers into tackling heavier works by Ray.

I really like almost all of his short stories, i especially enjoy the compilations such as dandelion wine and the martian chronicles. Its impossible to just choose a few over everything else, especially since they cover such a broad range of topics and evoke so many different feelings.

Okay, Dandelion Wine, The October Country, and The Martian Chronicles would be the top three.
