Visitors to the RB Forums can learn so much about the amazing artist Mr. Bradbury truly was. From a small boy growing up in Waukegan, Ill., to one of the most influential authors of the past century, Ray Bradbury had a vision of things to come and that are now a part of our daily lives. Much is positive and dynamic, when we consider space travel and scientific growth that benefit our world.

And yet, Mr. Bradbury's dire warnings captured in Fahrenheit 451, The Martian Chronicles, and so many classic short stories are now being viewed on screens and heard on news reports 24/7! During my classroom years, these topics were discussed and studied firmly. Mr. Bradbury's works were central to the critical readings and challenging writing assignments my 9-12 students experienced.
