The screenplay has never been published (except, perhaps, in French - Truffaut and Jean Louis Richard wrote it in French and then had it translated and slightly adapted by a British playwright).

There are various film script websites which have unpublished scripts, but none of them has this particular film. The closest I have ever found is a TRANSCRIPT of the dialogue at the biggest film script site, Drew's Script-o-rama:
