I saw a notice for the Santa Barbara Book Festival that showed Ray Bradbury as one of the guest authors who would be a panel participant on 20 September 2003. Now, I do not see Mr. Bradbury's name listed any longer at the festival website. I've not had success getting a response from the festival website. Is there anyone who can confirm Mr. Bradbury will be at the Santa Barbara Book Festival on 20 September 2003 as a panel participant?

My guess is Ray's health is not permitting him to attend all of the meetings and speaking engagments he would otherwise participate. If his name is dropped, likely it is a valid drop.
