Something Waukegan This Way Comes Walking Tour
Are you going to be in the Chicago area this August 22? To help celebrate Ray Bradbury's 105th birthday, the Waukegan Park District is hosting a Something Waukegan This Way Comes Walking Tour on Friday, August 22, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm at the Waukegan History Museum at the Carnegie, located at 1 N. Sheridan Road. The tour will visit sites of Bradbury's Green Town (Waukegan) from his novels DANDELION WINE, FAREWELL SUMMER, and SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES. The tour will cover 1.5 miles, and includes uneven ground and stairs.

Payment and registration is required. The fee is $10 for Waukegan residents and $15 for non-residents.
