Harassment campaign by Moore dittoheads?
Sure looks like it.

Extremely intolerant of free speech-- right out of Karl Rove's playbook: Punish anyone who criticizes you. Defame them. Hound them. But let the henchmen do the dirty work while Bush/Moore pretend to stay above the fray.

Utter hypocrisy.

Dear Mr. Bradbury,

In light of your efforts to compel Michael Moore to apologize for borrowing his "Fahrenheit 911" title from your story "Fahrenheit 451," we are writing to inquire into the status of your own public apologies regarding your works entitled "Something Wicked This Way Comes," "I Sing the Body Electric!," "No Man is an Island" and "Remembrance of Things Future."

Sincerely,
Messrs William Shakespeare, Walt Whitman, John Donne, and Marcel Proust

Maybe once Bradburry answers. Is it not a legitimate question?

When you decide to get all up in arms about something, the smart thing to do first is research. If you had studied Ray Bradbury for even ten minutes you would know that he dislikes computers and has no contact whatsoever with this website, other than being aware of its existence. He has resisted efforts made by some of the regulars on this board who are friends of his to read some of the posts or even write to us in a post. So all of these letters that are written to him at this site are like dust in the wind. He will not read them, and he will not respond.

MX8..

Are you referring to the multi-million dollar misinformation campaign the GOP
ran against Bill Clinton while he was
in office? Or "fair and balanced" right
wing "news" networks like Fox today?

The GOP party operatives and members
are the true masters of lies, deceit, disinformation, misinformation and
distorting the truth in this country,
and the catholic church would be a
very close second (and busom buddies
with the right)

Welcome!
Let it all out. You'll feel better in the morning. What morning that is... couldn't tell you!

Saw no articles in the papers about Moore apologizing, but saw a statement from him that the movie is his OPINION--of how things were mishandled by the Bush administration before and after the disaster--and he does not even make a PRETENSE at presenting a "fair and balanced" picture. If the filmmaker himself admits this--what more can anyone say?

He doesn't come to this site. I'm under the influence of alcohol and other drugs and I can see this.

If you are sober you definetly don't have an excuse.

But, if you honestly think Ray comes here, and cares about your opinion, please save some of your Acid or Shrooms for me. Thanks.

Dandelion,
a figure of speech, no doubt. Plus, every single thing we do is biased by our opinions. So he's just being honest. Try watching the movie, and then attacking it.

Cheers, Transalator
