August Derleth
August Derleth would have been 100 on February 24th. The August Derleth Society is having a centenary celebration in Sauk City, Wisconsin on that date. See www.derleth.org for more information. August Derleth published Ray Bradbury's first book, DARK CARNIVAL, in 1947. The August Derleth Society would be delighted if Mr. Bradbury could share a few words about August Derleth to be read during the celebration. Sincerely, James P. Roberts, Secretary/Archivist, August Derleth Society.

Mr. Dark
Wow, as a publisher he had great foresight. I hope you guys are able to make a connection--even if it's just a video
Bradbury could send. I don't think he does much distance travel.

James, I've emailed Mr B. I'm sure he'd love to. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.
