reading of Martian Chronicles on an album
Hi, wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction here:

I'm a jazz musician, and want to put a reading of an excerpt of "the Martian Chronicles" on my commercially released recording, due out this fall.

Whom do I need to seek out for permission and usage rights?

Any help is appreciated!
Thanks.
