OK, thanks for the explanations.
When (and where) will you be settled?

Doug SpauldingWell, the President has finally
admitted that the economy is "in danger". No stuff Sherlock, as they say.
The timing could not have been worse for Senator McCain, who has spent a lot of time lately
assuring us that the economy "is sound".
McCain even wants to postpone tomorrow night's debate (an obvious act of desperation). If he hadn't already, McCain just lost the election.

embroidererDoug spaulding,
Joe Biden just rammed his foot into the accuracy of facts of his party of 1929, and the inaccurate facts of consumer 'electronics' of 1929. Obviously, he has lost the election for Obama because of this.

NicoPalin said that the Iraq War is God's work.
She has lost the election for McCain because of this.
I think the point has been proven that the election isn't lost for either guy right now.

Nard KordellPendleton Peasqeak should be President. But because the election of 182? something was rigged, and whats-his-name won instead, plus a number of other intrusions into the laws of common sense, Pendleton Peasqeak wasn't even born. According to one of the biggest computer-brains in the world, Pendleton Peasqeak should have been born in 1950, and lived outside of New York. He would have defeated Lollan "Logan" Smitts for the Presidency, but LLS didn't get born either because of Roe vs. Wade.
If you think about it, it's a miracle anything happens to make sense ever.

Nice, Sarah - I wasn't aware that God was a Texas imbecile currently living in DC!

Nard, don't start smokin' that stuff now.
Peasqeak is a good word. However, shouldn't it be "Peasqueak"?

Obort your baby for Obama!
The Democrats want to kill you in the womb and the Republicans want to kill you in the war - politics is all about Death & Taxes!
Vote Ron Paul!

Nard KordellDoug Spaulding~ Naw! It's Pendleton Peasqeak, a rather impossible name to pronounce when you first read it.
Nope, not smoking. Ron Paul would have made a good Treasurer, or taking over Paulson's job.
Palin on God's work? Looking thru the eyes of the Holy Spirit is putting 3D glasses on for the heart and soul: now you see it. The pure of heart see God aptly applies. But, then, evvverrything is God's work.

Please reassure me that you're
not saying that the Iraq War is God's work!

Nard KordellDoug Spaulding ~
Rest assured? You are asking for a large answer? Surely we know war is not God's desire. But God allows a person to make mistakes in his life. Part of freedom to choose.

Phil KnoxRest assured, the message of Capt. Video about 2 minutes into this clip is most important to listen to and take heed concerning our country.

Well certainly we have freedom of choice - that's why the world is screwed!
I'm just saying that this isn't God's
direct work.

patraskGee, only some 40 days now left for Bush to start the Third World War leading to the final Armaqgeddon, as profesized in Relvelation. Wow, I hope the script can be changed and the Four Horsemen turn into the Four Stooges and forget what they came for. Another Depression was predictable beginning around 60 years after 1929. It has taken a little longer to pull it off, but the folks in Washington have almost succeeded. The last one brought us lots of great reforms to prevent the next one from happening. But, your congress and President slowly and methodically removed those regulations and here we go again. The 60 or so years seems to arrive due to the failure of the next generation to learn from the previous one what not to do, and to become so over confident of their financial controls that they could never have another one. The Market is smarter than any of us. I was just saying, about five years or so ago, what this country needs is another Great Depression to bring the current spend-it-now-buy-it-on-credit generation back down to Earth. Fasten your seat belts, it will be a fast and furious time ahead. It may take a decade to recover from this. The last one did not really start to end until the start of World War II and the infusion of $ into the economy to fight the war. Maybe Bush will get World WAr III going sooner than later to head off the depression's effects. Strange, how it just all repeats over and over again, with subtle changes here and there to confuse the people who should know better.
