I cannot pick one work that is my absolute favorie by Ray, but The Lake absolutely would be in the top five. I first read the story when I was in elementary school, and I have read it again just about once a year since. This is a hauntingly poignant, lyrical story of unrealized and unknown connections. It is made more real by the strange synchronicities that I have experienced in my own life.

PsyProf, I clicked on the link to your web site but got the message that it could not be found. Could I have done something wrong?

Methinks PsyProf made a typo when creating his message signature.

Why, thank you, Prof. It is a favourite of mine too.

Happy birthday, Ray. Some lime-vanilla ice cream tonight? Paris or Cairo?
