I remember reading a Bradbury poem about a "Cosmic Christ". I know I have it in one of my books of collected works, but last night I skimmed through the TOC's of all of them and just couldn't seem to find it.

Does anyone remember the poem, know the name, and/or know what book it is in? A friend and I were discussing the concept of a Cosmic Christ (a Christ for all galexies, solar systems, planets etc...)and I mentioned that poem...and, of course, now I can't locate it. *sigh*

Any help much appreciated.

If you're talking about "Christus Apollo", it is in:

I SING THE BODY ELECTRIC, and

A CHAPBOOK FOR BURNT-OUT PRIESTS, RABBIS AND MINISTERS.

There was also a CD cut, called "Christus Apollo" Text by Ray Bradbury, Music by Jerry Goldsmith. Narration by Anthony Hopkins.

Thank you. That's the one. Given the collection it is in, one would think I'd have found it..

Thanks!
