philnic, take a look at the signed, limited edition broadsides/portraits offered by Mushroom Plant Graphics. There are four authors still available: Robert Bloch, Harlan Ellison, Richard Matheson, and Ray. Each print is composed by reproducing the text from one of the writer's short stories. In Ray's case, it is "Homecoming." The prints are $50 each. I have the four prints still available (King and Poe are sold out), and can verify they are attractive and well done.
Very smart. Are the stories really readable? The partial blow-up of the Stephen King one looks a bit difficult to read. (Not that I would seriously sit and read the thing - I'm just curious.)
Interesting (to me) that the four remaining available writers are among my favourites!
philnic, the stories are indeed readable, but the appearance of the words of the story for each is the same as the Stephen King "blown up" sample. You do need to get close to read the words. I must confess I bought the prints for the images and the signatures, and would probably find and read the story in one of the author's collections before I tried to read it from one of the prints!
