Joe! I know Joe well, and am in contact with him - a fine writer. I was certain to make sure he was invited to 4E's 92nd birthday party, and he came all the way from his home in Texas for it, and delivered a wonderful tribute speech. A long time friend and fan of both 4E and Ray.
