Well, the Day is fast approaching. I shall do the yearly sacrifice of the pumpkin today or tomorrow, and carve the face a day or two after (the shell softens a little, and makes carving easier). I bought my Hallowe'en candy yesterday, and I have always wondered who came up with the name "fun size" for those midget candy bars? Fun for whom, I wonder? I bought many really LARGE size Hershey milk chocolate candy bars to pass out to the little ghosts and goblins. Midget candy bars are not worthy of this holiday! Needless to say, my house is a popular stop on Samhain night! Happy Hallowe'en, everybody, and especially to you, Mr. Bradbury! You have made Hallowe'en even more special--you understand!
