Please check out John Collier, you can get a reprint copy of "Fancies and Goodnights"
on Amazon very inexpensively. He also wrote "My Money Wife", very strange and funny. I highely recommend this source. John was writing fantasy stories before Bradbury and I am sure had a strong influence on his style.
