I have written poems over the years and presented them to my friend Ray Bradbury on special occasions such as his birthdays. He has been an important influence in my life focusing me to value Love over hate, the incredible universe and the power of words to move people. I have always envied his famous command: "Jump off the cliff and build your wings on the way down." To some extend, I have tried to do that, I haven't crashed to Earth yet and continue to work on those wings. The poem above is my personal tribute to my favorite author, mentor and friend.
