Reading s.s. and viewing (RBT) "Anthem Sprinters"... for St. Patrick's Day. (The video is a great rendition of one of my favorite Irish Stories by Mr. Bradbury.)
A decade or two ago I took my kids to hear a Ray Bradbury talk at the Fullerton Library.
I had told the youngsters about F-451, and the pulp, and the comics. They shrugged their shoulders. When he stood up to speak their faces lit up, "Oh, Ray Bradbury's Mystery Theater."
Ray Bradbury is a man who has successfully spanned generations. And my kids have now enjoyed his books, by their own choice.
Author of the cyberhug.me series about hacktivist cyberwars.

The equivalent in 2011 would be for them to say, "Oh, F*** Me Ray Bradbury".
[I hasten to add - for the benefit of anyone who has been living on Mars for last twelve months - that that's a reference to a popular song of recent times...]
