Illustrated story inspired by 'In a Season of Calm Weather'
I am an artist and 'In a Season of Calm Weather' was a story that really influenced me profoundly. I wrote a poem which expresses my take on the story and have illustrated it in graphic novel form entitled 'A Day at the Beach with Picasso'. I've recently published the story in Kindle format, along with another illustrated story of mine. Hi jhopp, and welcome! It looks like interesting work. "In a Season of Calm Weather" is an under-rated story, in my view.

Yes, it is an under-rated story in my opinion as well. I love all of Ray's short stories, but this one really struck a nerve.
