i have a pain in my heart. Does anyone remember what they were promoting in this pic from Comic-con, was it Ray H.'s book The Art of Ray Harryhausen?

R.I.P. Ray Manzarek

RIP SF writer Jack Vance, who lived even longer than Ray Bradbury.

Sad news about Jack Vance. He lived long, and well.

"The Dragon Masters" is at my bedside, and I'll bump it up the to do list now.

As with Mr. Bradbury in his youth, families on the move, little in their pockets, no guarantees nor free rides, just "hope - determination - dreams - and a love of the written word!"

Ultimately, "these" were their most valuable treasures!

Again, SO sad!

She was great as Grandma in THE RAY BRADBURY THEATER story "Fee Fie Foe Fum", and in the television play of Let Me Hear You Whisper.
