Farewell to James MacArthur, who, next to Ray and Forry, was probably the kindest and coolest celebrity I ever met!

Oh, Howie couldn't have done it - he hasn't been in for weeks.

Well.

The funniest American TV programme after The Griffith Show.

Sorry guys, but I have HAD IT. Somebody needs to fix it so nobody else dies this year except people I don't know, or don't like!

Leslie Neilsen appeared in Ray Bradbury Theater. He was Fantoccini in Marionettes Inc!

RIP Irvin Kershner...periodically a guest at Ray's productions in South Pasadena, and always a personable, friendly and insightful.

I once invited him to see the documentary I was currently filming, FR ELECTRICO, in action. He took me up on it, and I picked him up at his Beverly Hills home and drove him to the studio, where we visited with the sculptor, Chris. After, we drove to the farmer's market, picked up some nice organic stuffs, and went back to his house, where I helped prepare a lovely lunch of stir-fried shrimp over salad. Then I helped clean up his kitchen! A nice man, and a nice day.

One of the last projects he worked on was a documentary on Ray Bradbury, the status of which is still in the air to my knowledge.

Kershner and his son David worked on that documentary more than once when Ray was staging shows at the Fremont Centre Theatre. I don't know the status. Kershner was always fun and accessible if you happened to be there on one of those nights.

I mean that, now, and will be checking back between now and the end of the year to see if my declaration is being respected.
